The tactile tile is a product made of cast PVC material with a Shore hardness of not more than 98 units. on a scale of A, which makes it sufficiently durable, resistant to mechanical damage. Tactile reefs, made in the form of truncated cones arranged in a checkerboard pattern, inform a person with visual impairment about an insurmountable obstacle along the line. To provide contrast with the underlying surface, as well as to ensure optimal conditions for the color perception by a visually impaired person, the tactile tile has a yellow surface color (RAL 1021).
